I went to see these guys in Zagreb, Croatia on one of my first days back in town from Slovenia. Turns out all the members of the Sheiks morph into the Tearjerkers when Jack Oblivion comes on stage - not a bad magic trick in the middle of the gig.

Both bands hail from Memphis, Tennessee - pretty badass to get some Southern flavors so far outside of the States. Great sets, place was packed. If you can get people out past 1am on a Monday night 5000 miles from home, you're doing pretty good.
